dirty windows lack of smart tv
i found the lack of a smart tv quite disappointing. considering the cost per night, i expected more modern amenities in the room. also, the windows were not clean .

Excellent Beautiful King stay
comfortable bed lovely bathroom helpful staff
The room was very comfortable. A lovely bathroom with a lounge area, I really liked it. The bed and pillows were divine. Staff was lovely and helpful, Rish and the concierge were very kind. The location is great for the Tower, Roger's Centre, and the many restaurants.
I had to request a robe for my husband, even though they knew we were two people in the room.

Staff gave good restaurant recommendations. They greeted me with smiles each time I entered. They took care of my requests, like extra pillows. Each staff member I interacted with were really good too ensure my stay was really good.

mixed stay with some service issues
poor ac unacceptable solution
the ac barely worked, even though it wasnt summer. i told them about it, but they didnt do anything. the room got hotter each day, and on the last night, they just offered a fan. it wasnt good enough and spoiled my stay. i expect much more for the money i spend here.

the location was amazing (i walked everywhere!). i booked a premier luxury king room. the bathroom had heated floors. great water pressure in the shower.

special pillow welcome smile
the room included a bathtub. the staff was attentive to my needs. i requested special pillow and it was taken care of with urgency. the front desk greeted me with a big welcome smile.
the bar and restaurant closed too early.

warm air conditioning high price
the air conditioning barely worked. it was warm even though it was not summer yet. i had to switch rooms and the new room was still warm. i probably won't return unless the price decreases greatly. it was not very luxurious.
